These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QCore Technology website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
"QCore", "we", "us" and "our" refer to QCore Technology. "You" and "your" refer to the person or organisation using our website or services. "Services" means the software, web, mobile, AI, SEO, cloud and related professional services we provide.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed project agreement prevails for that engagement.
Quotes and proposals are estimates based on the information available at the time and are valid for the period stated. Changes to scope may affect cost and timelines and will be agreed in writing before work proceeds.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts. Third-party costs (hosting, licences, APIs, ad spend) are billed at cost or as agreed.
On full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for: (a) our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how; and (b) third-party or open-source components, which remain subject to their own licences. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
You agree to provide timely access to content, accounts, feedback and approvals needed to deliver the Services, and to ensure you hold the rights to any materials you provide to us.
Our Services may rely on third-party platforms (for example hosting, payment, analytics and AI providers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of those third parties.
We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QCore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the project agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to the date of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QCore Technology operates, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your project agreement states otherwise.
